Terms of service

Tag is a shipping protection service offered by Premiere Collectibles, Inc. ("Premiere," "we," or "us") at the time of order checkout on premierecollectibles.com. By selecting Tag at checkout, you agree to these terms.

1. What we cover

If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, or if the wrong item is shipped, we'll provide a replacement of equivalent value, a refund, or a partial refund — at your election where practical.

The following are not covered:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after delivery
  • Damage caused by the buyer's handling after delivery
  • Authentication or grading disputes (we work with the issuing grader)
  • Items lost or damaged after a successful delivery scan and customer signature

2. Filing a claim

Claims must be filed within the claim window stated in your confirmation email — currently 90 days from the date of order. File at shipwithtag.com using the email and order number from the order. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to evaluate the claim.

3. How resolution works

We aim for a decision within 36 hours of filing. Decisions are made based on a combination of automated review and human approval. We may deny claims that include misleading information, inconsistent evidence, or signals of fraud.

4. Coverage limits

Coverage is limited to the order subtotal at checkout, exclusive of taxes and shipping. The Tag premium is non-refundable once the order has shipped, except where the entire order is cancelled or refunded.

5. Right to deny or void

We reserve the right to deny a claim or void a policy in cases of material misrepresentation, fraud, or repeated claims that show a pattern inconsistent with normal customer behavior.

6. Disputes

If a claim is denied and you disagree with the decision, reply to the denial email within 14 days with additional evidence. We'll re-review the claim in good faith.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes apply only to policies issued after the change date.
